Cancellations/No Shows/Deposits

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all customers. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required for booking reservations on all services. A cancellation fee will be applied if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment or you do not request a change of service date 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment.


The purchase of any service, product, or merchandise is considered a FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or refunds on any service or item purchased from our store. If a product or any merchandise is defective, an exchange will be allowed for the same item or a similar item with equal value within 7 days of purchase.
